Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
Organize and maintain files, documents, and office supplies
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Support HR and accounting with basic administrative tasks
Welcome visitors and provide general office support to the team
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional, reliable, and proactive
