We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner to work closely with our CTO and development teams. This role bridges product vision and technical execution, ensuring that every feature and improvement is clearly defined, well-documented, and efficiently delivered.

You’ll be responsible for translating ideas into actionable user stories, refining requirements, assisting in planning, and maintaining clear communication between departments. A solid technical background — or at least a strong interest in understanding how things work — is essential, as you’ll be working within a highly technical ecosystem.

Location: Cyprus (relocation can be arranged)

Salary range: €5,000-€8,000 p/m

Having familiarity with or curiosity about this stack will help you understand the context and communicate effectively with the teams.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the CTO to shape the product roadmap and priorities

• Create, refine, and validate user stories with clear acceptance criteria and technical awareness

• Assist with backlog management — while the CTO remains in charge, you’ll help maintain, refine, and ensure both of you can act as backups to each other

• Translate business requirements into structured technical tasks for developers

• Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure smooth execution

• Track risks and dependencies between teams, features, or releases to prevent bottlenecks

• Review feature concepts, propose technical approaches, and identify potential constraints

• Help organize sprint planning, retrospectives, and progress tracking

• Ensure documentation and requirements clarity across teams

• Follow up with departments to ensure tasks are properly understood and on track
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Project Manager

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-based workflows

• Technical curiosity or experience working within a Laravel or PHP-based environment

• Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them into clear business context

• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

• Comfortable using Figma for reviewing feature designs and ensuring technical feasibility

• A proactive mindset — able to take initiative and assist in both planning and follow-up
  

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in gaming, CRMs, or marketing platforms will be considered as an advantage

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar task management tools

• Understanding of backend/frontend structures, APIs, or database interactions

• Familiarity with QA processes and automated testing cycles
