Key Responsibilities

• Manage and calculate commission-related data for partners and affiliates

• Support campaign tracking and performance reporting related to partner activity

• Collect, review, and organize partner and affiliate invoices

• Communicate directly with partners regarding invoicing, payments, and reconciliations

• Monitor invoice and payment status, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution

• Support invoice validation and payment processing activities

• Assist in the preparation of payment files for execution by finance or treasury teams

• Plan, forecast, and track expected commission and payment amounts

• Support monthly planning, reconciliation, and reporting of partner-related financial flows

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and reports

• Experience in finance operations, payments, billing, or partner-related financial workflows

• Ability to manage multiple partners, invoices, and deadlines simultaneously

• Clear and professional communication skills, especially with external partners

• Solid spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Structured, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
