We're looking for a strong Lead Vue / Nuxt Developer to take ownership of the frontend across multiple digital brands built on a shared, scalable platform. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a management title. You'll be writing code, making technical decisions, mentoring other developers, and helping drive the frontend forward in a reliable and structured way.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build, maintain, and improve frontend features using Vue and Nuxt across a multi-brand architecture with reusable components and shared logic.

• Own frontend technical decisions, architecture, state handling, composables, UI patterns and help define the right direction for the project.

• Take ownership of the Nuxt SSR setup in production, configuration, hosting, rendering behaviour, caching, and performance.

• Review code, maintain a high quality bar, and challenge design or product decisions when something doesn't make sense from a user, business, or implementation perspective.

• Mentor other frontend developers, raise standards, and help the team grow through guidance and clear example.

• Collaborate closely with backend, QA, product, design, and infrastructure, bring clarity and momentum to delivery from implementation through to release.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong production experience with Vue.js and Nuxt, including SSR setup, hosting, and performance optimisation.

• Solid JavaScript / TypeScript skills and strong CSS with attention to responsive behaviour and UX detail.

• Experience with TailwindCSS and Nuxt UI, and the ability to work inside an existing codebase without overengineering it.

• Experience mentoring developers and raising team standards.

• Clear communication, strong ownership, and the ability to make technical decisions with confidence and explain them clearly.

• Good understanding of build processes, deployment workflows, and production-level frontend concerns beyond just the code.

Nice to have: experience with multi-brand or white-label platforms, frontend testing, and performance optimisation in Nuxt applications.
